Can you read amidst distractions? (tv, others talking, sporting events, etc)

Usually I can xD There’s been a few matches I’ve watched during the World Cup tournament where I got rather bored because nothing was happening so I actually cracked open a book during that time, lol. I also used to do some of my readings while one of my television shows were on (back when I was still watching and catching up on televisions shows -_-;). I think I miss a few things from what I’m reading because of the conflicting amount of information coming to my brain but otherwise, yeah, I multitask my reading with other things at times xD

    I prefer the quiet. But, I will listen to soft music via headphones, to help me focus on the book more if there is alot of noise around. Here’s mine.
